Know Your Rights Before You Play

01 Eligibility

To use pk ok, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing pk ok from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a pk ok employee.

pk ok reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete. We take age verification seriously — it is one of the most important safeguards we operate.

Players who register from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted do so at their own risk. pk ok does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the platform in a restricted jurisdiction.

02 Account Registration

When you register an account on pk ok, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during registration or subsequent verification.

You are permitted to hold only one active account on pk ok. If we detect that you have created multiple accounts — for any reason — all accounts will be closed and any balances, including winnings, may be forfeited. This rule exists to protect the fairness of our bonus system and the integrity of the platform for all players.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your pk ok account. This includes bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pk ok support immediately.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including pk ok staff — we will never ask for your password.
• Use a strong, unique password for your pk ok account.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable any additional security features offered by pk ok when available.

pk ok reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the account is being used fraudulently, in violation of these terms, or in a manner that is harmful to other players or the platform.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

pk ok supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are credited to your pk ok account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider — typically within 30 seconds. If a deposit is not credited within 10 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. pk ok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing.
• pk ok does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if your account is under review for security or compliance reasons.
• Funds deposited in error cannot be reversed once they have been used to place bets.

pk ok is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or network issues outside our control. If you experience a persistent payment issue, our support team is available 24/7 to investigate and assist.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

pk ok offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are stated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses at pk ok are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly displayed before you accept it.

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• pk ok reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• If we have reason to believe a bonus is being abused — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting — we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the offer terms.
• Free spins and other non-cash bonuses are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

05 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

pk ok monitors all accounts and gameplay for signs of prohibited conduct. If we detect or reasonably suspect a violation, we will suspend the account immediately, conduct an investigation, and take appropriate action — which may include permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances.

All games on pk ok use a certified random number generator. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, account history, or any other factor outside the game's stated mechanics. The published RTP figures for all games are accurate and independently verified.

06 Privacy and Data

08 Account Suspension and Termination

pk ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Use of the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward pk ok staff or other players.
• Creation of multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule.

If your account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawals will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, your account will be reinstated and any held withdrawals processed promptly.

If you wish to close your own pk ok account voluntarily, you can do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment account, provided all verification requirements have been met.

09 Limitation of Liability

pk ok provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, reliable, and free from errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be entirely free from technical issues at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk ok shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from platform downtime or technical errors beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the pk ok platform.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous payout, pk ok reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error. We will always act fairly and transparently when handling such situations, and affected players will be notified promptly.

Nothing in these terms limits pk ok's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10 Changes to These Terms
